Ways to volunteer
Volunteers are used in many capacities. Whether you work outside the home or in your home, have lots of time or hardly any, we can find something to suit your schedule so that you can be part of the team of parents and teachers working together to benefit the children of St. Paul the Apostle School.

Home & School Meetings
Monthly meetings are held each month from September to May. We encourage all parents to attend as this is where we discuss ideas, make arrangements for upcoming events and decide where to best use the funds we raise. Your views and opinions are essential in making this a viable and successful organization.
Board meetings are held in room A4. The meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 2:00 - 3:00pm. Refer to the school calendar for more information.
Manna Orders
Manna is a weekly escript program whereby families may purchase gift cards for businesses both local and nationwide. In return for the purchase, the school receives a rebate of 2% -20% depending on the vendor. That rebate amount is credited toward the family's commitment to fundraising. Some families choose to take orders from family and friends for the cards in order to increase sales. Ordering may be done on-line via the following link or it may be done manually by completing a hard copy of the manna order form. Whatever way the order is placed, a hard copy must be received in school on Mondays along with either a check or confirmation of payment. The cards are then available at the school by Thursdays.
